About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager for the DACH region. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates eager to stimulate their career in sales/customer facing related positions, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth in a dynamic market.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, maintaining relationships with existing customers (banks), and driving revenue. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: The position is based in Germany - preferably Frankfurt.

The candidate should be working occasionally at Surecomp’s site in Germany, Hamburg.

What will you do?

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the DACH region, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Understand customers' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide suitable solutions as well as up sale and cross sale while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly engage with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Surecomp’s product offerings and capabilities, effectively communicating their value proposition to customers.
  • Collaborate with senior AM professionals who will provide mentoring and assist in addressing customer’s needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive client satisfaction.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within the financial services or software industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in selling back-office enterprise software solutions for both on-premises and cloud deployment - advantage.


  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Ability to perform in a global company, in a multicultural environment. 
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focused approach.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
