Oliver Wieck
Oliver Wieck has been Secretary General of ICC Germany since October 2013. The ICC is the only global business organization with a network of national chapters in more than 90 countries. Its focus is the development of standards and rules for international trade. In the ICC’s Digital Standards Initiative (DSI), Mr. Wieck chairs the Legal Reform Advisory Board, which works to align legal frameworks for the digitization of trade around the world. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Wieck was Head of the Foreign Trade Policy Department at the Federation of German Industries (BDI), focusing on international trade issues, transatlantic economic relations, export financing, foreign trade law and customs issues. From 2000 to 2008, Mr Wieck was Managing Director of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations, which supports its members in doing business with the countries of Eastern Europe.

For the past seven years at Vanderlande he has been responsible for export and project finance and – as member of Group Treasury – credit risk mitigating instruments.

Following ten years of financial audit and consulting experience at PwC in Luxembourg and BearingPoint in Paris and Dublin, Claire now looks after the international promotion of Lestr’s trade risk intelligence solution Semsoft.
Nuria Vegas
Nuria has been with GLEIF since 2018. She is responsible for managing different stakeholder groups, in particular the relationships with financial institutions, vendors and services providers. Before joining GLEIF, Nuria worked at the European Central Bank and for a leading European law firm.
Dileepa Jayakody
Dileepa works as a trusted advisor to software vendors using AWS technologies in their cloud migration and optimization journey. Dileepa currently focuses on information retrieval and AI services on AWS. With over a decade of experience in software engineering and enterprise integration, Dileepa has a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions for clients in industries including banking, e-commerce and manufacturing.
Matti Malminen
Matti joined Konecranes in 2010 primarily to establish a global trade & export finance function. Prior to Konecranes he worked for over 25 years managing the trade finance for multiple Helsinki-based subsidiaries of banks including Danske Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken, Postipankki, Banque Indosuez and Chase Manhattan Bank. He is the chair of the ICC Trade Finance Committee for Finnish Exporters at the ICC Finland, a member of the Export Finance Committee of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries and a member of the Steering Committee of the Finnish Export Credit Agency Finnvera Plc. A leading producer and exporter of cranes with over 16.5k employees, Konecranes operates in 50 countries generating revenues of EUR 4 billion.
Ofer Ein Bar
As the VP of Financial Institutions at WaveBL, Ofer’s main role is to assist banks going through the trade finance digitalization journey with their transition to using electronic bills of lading documents. An experienced banker, he has held previous roles as a senior executive in the corporate banking, payments and cash management divisions of HSBC. Ofer also held an executive position in digital development and transformation for the corporate banking division at one of the largest banks in Israel.
Jan Hinnerk Busch
Jan has extensive experience in financial services project and process management. He has been working in projects and line management for Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank for over 25 years across multiple business areas including leading roles in several IT migration and sourcing projects in Germany and internationally for securities, shipping loans and core banking. He is a certified Project Manager (GPM Level B) and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Since 2023 Jan has been the project lead for Commerzbank’s DOKA NG project.
Ernst Berger
Ernst has been with Hitachi Energy since the carve out in 2020 and before that he worked for the ABB HQ in Zurich and other ABB legal entities in Switzerland across various commercial functions. He supports the Head of Export & Trade Finance at Hitachi Energy Group Treasury coordinating the trade finance business development activities, namely the digitization of guarantees and documentary letters of credit, the empowerment of the new target operating model and the connected license to operate. His scope embraces moving from on prem to a SaaS solution, from IT managed to business managed and involves organizing all related internal processes.
Ana Gomes
Ana Gomes is a member of MSC’s Digital and Innovation (D&I) team, based at the company’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. She began her journey with the D&I team as a Business Analyst in 2019. Her role has since expanded, and she now supports a range of digital projects involving internal and external stakeholders, focusing on electronic Bill of lading (eBL), and the cross functional efforts towards the goal of 100% industry-wide adoption by 2030. Ana actively contributes to the DCSA (Digital Container Shipping Association) Digital Trade workstream. Here, she supports the formulation of digital shipping standards, shaping the future of the maritime industry.
