About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to drive new business growth across enterprise banking clients in the APAC region.

In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities with large-scale banking organizations, including engagement with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

This is a pure hunting role, focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth. The position is suited for a highly driven and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to make a strong impact within a growing technology company.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid).

Travel: Up to 50% (primarily across Asia).

Reporting to: Head of Commercial APAC


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the full new business sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise banking customers across the APAC region.
  • Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives during the sales process.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand the company’s footprint with global and regional banks.
  • Develop and execute a territory and hunting plan aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution consultants, delivery, product management) to support pre-sales activities and tailor solutions for prospective customers.
  • Represent the company in new business discussions, presentations, and RFP processes.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events to generate pipeline and brand presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development within financial technology, transaction banking, payments, or cash management.
  • Strong track record of closing complex, long sales cycles with enterprise banking customers.
  • Experience gained either from global fintech providers or from within banks’ corporate banking divisions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience selling enterprise financial solutions to banks.
  • Familiarity with transaction banking solutions and enterprise financial systems is an advantage.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading sales meetings and executive-level discussions.
  • Proven experience responding to RFPs and building compelling proposals.
  • Skilled in selling high-value, complex solutions.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.
