About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Systems Administrator / Applications Specialist to join our Global IT team. This is a hands-on role, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing key internal business systems such as Jira, Salesforce, NetSuite, and others. The position includes end-to-end administration of business applications, user support, automation enhancements, and system integrations to improve cross-organizational operations.
The role will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, R&D, and Operations to ensure scalable and efficient usage of core platforms.
Location: Kfar Saba, Israel
Reporting to: Internal Information Systems Director
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer and support internal business systems, including Jira Cloud, Salesforce, NetSuite, and additional tools.
- Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and license utilization.
- Design and maintain workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Act as Tier 2 support for application-related issues and escalate to vendors as needed.
- Lead system configuration and improvements based on business needs.
- Integrate platforms using APIs or third-party integration tools.
- Document processes and create internal knowledge materials.
- Provide training and guidance to internal users on systems usage.
- Support system rollouts and application onboarding for new tools.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience as a system admin for at least two of the following: Jira, Salesforce, NetSuite.
- Experience managing users, permissions, and system automations.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Experience supporting internal teams across global organizations.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Advantages
- Experience with SQL or BI tools.
- Basic scripting or development experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Prior experience in IT operations or internal tools support.
- Familiarity with systems such as Bob (HiBob), Confluence, or Microsoft 365.
