About the role:
We are seeking an experienced COBOL Developer to join our global delivery team, collaborating with subject matter experts across multiple regions and markets. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with highly skilled development and product teams, contributing to the enhancement of complex systems and driving impactful solutions.
This role is ideal for an analytical problem-solver with strong initiative, creative thinking, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Requirements
knowledge and Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in COBOL programming
- Experience in CICS, DB2
- Strong familiarity with Windows /AIX operating systems
- Strong familiarity with MF / UNIX / Linux / PC platforms
- Knowledge of Oracle / MSSQL
- Independent code writing skills
- Financial market experience is considered to be a strong advantage
