About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our global organization. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers, oversee the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage secure and efficient cloud infrastructure, and act as a strategic technical partner across departments.

You will play a key role in supporting and evolving RIVO™, our cloud-native SaaS platform for collaborative trade finance. Built on microservices running in Kubernetes environments on AWS, RIVO connects corporates, banks, and partners through open APIs—delivering a modern, secure, and scalable solution for global trade.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the DevOps strategy at scale, while continuously improving processes and driving technical excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.
  • Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development cycles.
  • Own and operate scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across global environments.
  • Implement and maintain observability tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support the delivery of new features and services.
  • Define and implement best practices for system reliability, automation, and performance.
  • Serve as a hands-on expert and escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Evaluate and adopt modern DevOps tools and methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Drive strategic infrastructure initiatives, from planning to execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry standards.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience 

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Solid background in Linux environments and advanced bash scripting.
  • Experience deploying and managing services in AWS cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Experience with system monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security practices and production hardening.
