Requirements
About the role:
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and exceptionally organized Accountant to join our global finance team. The accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to the growth of our organization.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) sides, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Independently handle accounting responsibilities up to balance sheet level, including coordinating year-end audits with external auditors
- Manage customer contracts, billing and collections, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Prepare and submit reports to authorities, including VAT, Income Tax and Social Security filings
- Oversee all supplier-related tasks, including tracking purchase orders and handling expenses, wire transfers and checks
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, manage bank accounts, process deposits and handle foreign currency conversions
- Cash flow management
- Prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of inter-company transactions
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet statements
All You Need Is:
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a certified Accountant designation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in various accounting domains, preferably within medium-sized software companies, covering areas such as customer and supplier relations and banking
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Priority (Zoom) - Mandatory

- Ability to perform in a global company, in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong work ethic, proactive, self-motivated and results-drive
- Well organized, responsible, and able to carry out tasks independently
