About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Solution Consultant / Presales to join our global team. In this strategic role, you will support the global sales team by delivering value-driven product demonstrations and tailored solution designs to enterprise clients. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from discovery through to successful handover, focusing on digital trade finance solutions.

Location: EU (Remote)

Travel: Up to 50%.

Reporting to: Head of Solution Consulting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the full presales cycle including discovery, product demonstrations, solution scoping, and RFP responses.
  • Design tailored solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos of digital trade finance offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams across regions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in client conversations and industry events.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of trade finance trends and customer needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and support commercial opportunities.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in trade finance, with a strong focus on solution consulting or presales roles.
  • Proven experience working with global banks or fintech vendors in the trade finance domain.
  • Familiarity with transaction banking solutions and enterprise financial systems.
  • Deep knowledge of trade finance instruments (LCs, Guarantees, SCF, etc.) and digital solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting demos and responding to RFPs.
  • Spanish language – an advantage.
