About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to support day-to-day product activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution and structured delivery rather than strategic ownership or long-term product vision. The position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their product career who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Customer-facing teams to translate business and customer needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support backlog management by writing, refining, and maintaining user stories.
- Translate business and customer needs into structured and clear requirements.
- Participate in customer calls, internal demos, and refinement sessions.
- Assist with documentation including PRDs, release notes, and internal FAQs.
- Validate solutions in collaboration with design, engineering, and QA teams.
- Track delivery progress and follow up on open questions.
- Assist with roadmap inputs and basic feature impact analysis.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Product, Business Analysis, Consulting, QA, Customer Success, or a similar analytical role within a technology or B2B environment.
- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related analytical field from a leading university, with strong academic performance (or equivalent demonstrated excellence).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, through academic projects, internships, military roles, or professional experience.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. The role involves daily communication with global customers and cross-functional teams, including leading meetings, writing structured documentation, and presenting requirements clearly
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and designers in a structured development environment.
Advantages
- Native or near-native English proficiency (ability to communicate and present at the same level as a first-language speaker).
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Exposure to B2B, fintech, enterprise software environments, or background in finance or trade finance.
