Requirements
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and energetic Office administrator and Travel Coordinator to handle all front-desk administrative duties and logistics.
As Office administrator, you will contribute to maintaining a pleasant work environment and enhance high levels of organizational effectiveness by managing our company’s day-to-day office activities, provide general administrative support to our employees, organize, and coordinate administration duties, communication, and safety.
*Working 5 days from the office, located in Kfar Sava.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
- Manage all office operational and administrative tasks related to maintenance, supplies, office equipment, groceries, meetings scheduling etc.
- Perform all travel and event coordination tasks such as booking flights & hotel, ordering event tickets, assist with any travel related documentations and ensure the traveler needs are met within travel budget constraints
- Serve as the focal point for all employees in the office for office related tasks
- Support the Finance department with various finance processes such as payment to banks, preparation of invoices, credit cards, employee expense reports
- Support the HR department with all well-being activities
- Work closely with the CEO on daily priorities
- Work on various internal systems, including: attendance, travel purchase order, etc.
- Handle employee’s attendance
- Build and maintain databases and create files related to general and administrative expenses of the office
- Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all administrative needs

Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in office administration
- Experience in travel coordination - mandatory
- Experience in managing calendars, expenses, and logistics
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations
- Ability to perform in a global company, in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools
Skills
- People person with a positive attitude and strong service orientation
- Strong organizational, time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work

- Ability to work independently and handle frequently changing needs
