About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and strategic Sales Operations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and global commercial leadership team.
This role goes beyond traditional Sales Operations. We are looking for someone who can combine operational excellence with business insight, helping leadership make smarter decisions through data, analysis, forecasting, and commercial recommendations.
You will act as the operational and analytical right hand of the CRO, supporting global sales performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, pipeline analysis, CRM ownership, and scalable commercial processes.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building dashboards, improving Salesforce processes, leading QBRs, and sitting with senior executives to discuss business performance, risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Poland and other Eastern European countries, supporting global stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
We are looking for a highly capable professional who understands how global sales organizations operate, knows how to turn data into action, and can build structure in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means becoming the operational and analytical right hand of the CRO.
You will help leadership understand what is happening across the business, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken next.
You will turn commercial data into insights, insights into recommendations, and recommendations into measurable business outcomes.
You will bring visibility, structure, accountability, and continuous improvement to the global commercial organization while helping leadership make better and faster decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic and operational partner to the CRO and commercial leadership team.
- Own global Sales Operations processes and support the effectiveness of the commercial organization.
- Own the business side of Salesforce, ensuring high-quality data, accurate reporting, effective processes, strong user adoption, and alignment with the needs of the global commercial organization.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, forecasts, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking tools.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including analysis, executive presentations, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Translate commercial data into actionable business insights, recommendations, and improvement initiatives.
- Identify revenue risks, pipeline trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across global markets.
- Support forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales performance management across regions.
- Support executive decision-making through analysis, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive internal commercial initiatives and go-to-market operational programs in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Coordinate onboarding, enablement, and process adoption across the global sales organization.
- Manage commercial documentation, operational governance, and knowledge management processes.
- Challenge existing processes and proactively recommend improvements to commercial effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve reporting, forecasting, analysis, commercial visibility, and operational efficiency across the revenue organization.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business-facing role.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, including daily interaction with global stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations in an international business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce as a business owner, super-user, or primary internal stakeholder.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience building reports, dashboards, forecasts, KPI frameworks, and executive-level business reviews.
- Experience leading QBR processes and supporting senior commercial leadership teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and business recommendations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational data to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas across a sales organization.
- Experience managing cross-functional commercial initiatives and driving organizational alignment.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve business productivity, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
